1. Operator and scope

The service is operated by inMotionMedia s. r. o., Záhradnícka 7, 811 07 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID 44555253. Contact: oliver.goossens@gmail.com.

OMNI Connector is a private business operations service for authorised devices, invited collaborators and business assets explicitly connected by the operator. These terms apply to use of the Connector, including authorised Facebook, Instagram and advertising operations.

2. Authority to use connected assets

• You may connect or instruct operations only for a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, ad account, catalogue or other asset that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must keep administrator access current and respect Meta's terms, advertising standards, intellectual-property rules and all applicable consumer, advertising and data-protection laws.
• Do not submit passwords, access tokens or other secrets through support messages or deletion requests.

3. Publishing and advertising instructions

The service carries out only the publishing, campaign or reporting operation requested by an authorised user or approved automation. Advertising may create charges in the connected Meta ad account. Budgets, schedules and activation state must be reviewed before activation; Meta's billing and delivery rules govern the final charge and delivery.

4. Availability and third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Meta APIs, hosting and model providers are independent services. Their outages, review decisions, permission changes and delivery systems are outside our control. We take reasonable care to validate operations and report failures, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reach, engagement or advertising results.

5. Security and acceptable use

• Protect invited-person codes and administrator access and promptly report suspected compromise.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, malicious or unauthorised activity, or to bypass platform safeguards.
• We may suspend an integration or credential where necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform rules, or contain a security incident.

6. Content, records and deletion

The asset owner remains responsible for content and instructions submitted through the service. Operational receipts and audit records may be retained as described in the privacy policy. An authorised administrator may disconnect Meta access at any time and may request deletion using /data-deletion.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss or for actions of third-party platforms, and the user remains responsible for approving content, targeting, budgets and compliance before publication or activation.

8. Governing law and changes
