Data deletion instructions
Version 2026-09-23
1. What this page covers
These instructions cover data received or created through Omni-App and OMNI Connector when an authorised administrator connects Facebook, Instagram or Meta advertising assets. They do not delete the administrator's Facebook or Instagram account.
2. Stop future access
- Remove Omni-App from the relevant Facebook or Meta Business Integration settings, or ask the business administrator to disconnect it. This revokes future API access but may not by itself delete operational records already stored by this service.
- If the access token or business asset may be compromised, revoke it in Meta immediately and contact us.
3. Request deletion from us
Email oliver.goossens@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion – Omni-App". State the business name, Facebook Page name or URL, Instagram username, and the Meta user or business ID if known. Explain whether you want one connection removed or all data linked to the business assets you are authorised to manage.
Never send a Facebook or Instagram password, access token, app secret, payment-card data or a copy of private messages. We may ask for a safer proof that you are an authorised administrator before deleting business records.
4. What we delete
- Active Meta access tokens and connection settings under our control.
- Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, publication receipts, post/media links, campaign metadata and diagnostic records associated only with the deleted connection, unless a record must be retained for a legal, security, accounting or dispute purpose.
- Other personal data identified in a valid request, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
5. What happens next
We confirm receipt and process a verified request without undue delay. Where data must be retained, we restrict it to the required purpose and explain the reason. We will notify the requester when the deletion or restriction is complete.
Content already published on Facebook or Instagram and data held by Meta must be removed through the relevant Meta account or asset controls. Deleting data from this service does not automatically delete platform content or Meta's own records.
